How to buy
1. Select items

Use the search bar or the catalogue filters to select items. Then add it to your shopping cart.

2. Online payment or cash on delivery

Click on “checkout”, choose your preferred method of payment and delivery and complete your order. Once the payment is done, you will receive a payment confirmation.

3. Delivery of the order

Depending on the delivery method chosen, you can receive your package at home or at the nearest collection point. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays. The delivery time can vary from 48 hours to a few days depending on the type of product, the availability of the customer and the destination.

Delivery and tracking

Return and Refund

Note: Digital products and promotional items are not eligible for returns.

How to return an item

  1. Please note that the return period is 7 days after receipt

  2. Click on your dashboard to access your orders then select the item you wish to return.

  3. Select the reason for the return.

  4. Choose the refund method and submit your return request.

  5. Then return the item to one of our drop-off points. We will receive confirmation that the item has been dropped off. After receiving the item we will proceed with the refund.
